Cooking by the book

September 13, 2011 · Delia 13 Comments

There is something really gratifying about putting your recipes in print.
I finally, finally finished my Paper Coterie cookbook.
Of course they aren’t all my original recipes. Most of them are ones that I’ve collected over time and that my family loves enough that I’ve taken time to photograph them.
I was going to do an alphabet book for the boys, but decided to go a different way. I’ve always wanted to put my recipes and food photography in print and so I thought, why not now?
The paper is fantastic…just perfect for a cookbook. They are almost even plastic like and therefore pretty sturdy, yet they still maintain the original beauty of the images.
My only beef with them is that they don’t come in bigger sizes. Maybe in the future…Paper Coterie?;)
My book was shipped quickly and even came with a complimentary logo necklace that’s really sweet.
I’m pretty darn happy with it. 馃檪
If you haven’t checked out Paper Coterie yet, go here.
They have a lot of great stuff and if you sign up as a member they email you really nice promotions from time to time.
I hope you are having a lovely day. 馃檪

Delia – you are amazing – you seem to do the things I like to think about doing! Now if only I could do them myself.

I almost did a cookbook, but I just didn't have time before the promotion ran out! So I did a height chart for my son and I love the little necklace they sent. Great company!

try Heritage Makers for a larger type/sized book. I'm in the middle of making one for my son who just got out into the mission field!!!
