Today is Friday! Wahoo!
So I figured you’d want to take it EASY today…
with Tara.
If you don’t know Tara, you are missing out.
She not only has a fun, inspiring blog, but she also has an AMAZING crochet pattern etsy shop called:
where she sells fun colorful, summery patterns like:
Crocheted flip flops…
with a foam bottom
or without.
And little sandals for little feet:
a big beautiful bunch of different flower patterns…
and even a dog leash for your furry friends.
Isn’t this gal so talented and fun?
And that’s just her shop, her blog has fun ideas like this list of funny baby onsies, bathroom snooper printables, inspiring, fun lists of things that make her happpy, and free crochet patterns.
Here are some of my favorites:
Just PERFECT for Color My Summer, don’t you think?
As is this easy yarn scrap tutorial.
If you have never wanted to crochet before, you just need to spend 10 minutes looking through her blog and her shop to change your mind.
Tara has another fabulous crochet project for us today.
What says summer more than PARTIES?
And this project has par-tay written all over it.
Here’s Tara!
Hello!
I’m tickled…a purple-ish pink to be a part of Delia’s ‘Color my Summer’ event. I’ve only started following blogs a little while ago and Delia’s was one of my firsts. I’m always inspired by her awesome photo’s and projects. I especially love the sweet cheer that shines through all her posts. Thank you so much Delia for including me!
I love all crafts but I really lean toward crocheting as a favorite. I always find myself looking at things and asking myself…”could I crochet that?”
So today, I’m happy to show you the “Purple Crocheted Party Hat”.
I had so much fun making these and I look forward to having these around forever.
The crochet really brings an extra special and unique look to a party hat. I’d really like to make a super colorful, “It’s my birthday” party hat for all the kids to wear on their birthdays.
Isn’t that so orginal and cool?
Thank for you for guest posting Tara!
I can’t wait to see the pattern. If you have used one of Tara’s patterns before, you know they are IMPECCABLE and so easy to follow.

And go see Kojodesigns for this pretty in purple Dahlia headband.
