I have been slowly hacking away at my Christmas to do list, but don’t have any tutorials or finished projects to share quite yet. So…
Here is a table I repainted this past month. This took forever! Before this table I had zero experience with latex paint. Verdict: such a pain.
I wish I went the spray paint route. I did a terrible job if you look up close. Luckily the table was free and my kids don’t care. After it started dipping below zero for the lows around here I brought it inside and gave up on trying to fix the drips.
And these are one of the prototypes of the loafer slipper I was trying to create last month. They fit and look okay on…
but off…wonky little suckers.
Plus this fabric from Hobby Lobby sheds like crazy. If you want to get this sherpa lined suede, get it from Joann’s. Joann’s has a better quality one I think for cheaper.
If you were looking for a post full of successful, awesome, positive projects you read the wrong post.
You’ll have to come back next week for something like that. 🙂
Have a good weekend.

My week has been a little like that too! Lots of things to be accomplished before Christmas, and a lot of mistakes getting thrown in the mix. Such is life. Good luck with your list and thanks for all the beautiful things you share!

Don’t worry- I am way behind with my “to-do-for-Christmas-list”.
And on the picture the table looks nice. I tried once or twice to paint furniture and it usually looks absolutely not like I wished it would…
Have a nice day!
